Evening Yoga to Wind Down
An evening floor practice with repeated seated stretches and a quiet finish in Legs Up the Wall and Corpse Pose.
There is nothing to achieve in this practice. Let the floor support you, soften your effort and take a smaller version of each pose whenever that feels better. There is room to notice how each side feels. Choose a smaller movement whenever it helps you breathe more easily. When you reach Corpse Pose, let the floor support you for 1 minute and 30 seconds before you sit up.
