  3. Routine builder

A yoga routine made for your day.

Tell us how much time you have and what would feel good today. Your practice has a clear beginning, a purposeful sequence and time to settle. Choose a focus and tell us what you want to avoid. Change any step before you begin.

Mention a time, how you feel, or whether you prefer standing, the floor or a chair.

Each style changes how long you hold, how fast you move and what the practice includes.

Choosing a chair, or a standing- or floor-only Hatha or Vinyasa practice, gives you a gentler adapted sequence.

Guide

How the routine builder works

The routine builder turns a few choices — time, level, goal and anything you want to avoid — into a sequence with a clear shape. You can describe what you want in a sentence or choose step by step, then edit any pose before you press play.

Step by step

  1. Describe your practice (“ten gentle minutes before work”) or choose time, level, goal and details step by step.
  2. Review the sequence. Each routine begins with preparation, moves into the main work, releases tension and ends with rest.
  3. Drag poses to reorder them, swap a pose for a similar one or change how long you stay.
  4. Press play to follow along with spoken cues and a soft bell between poses.

Make it fit your body

Choose a focus such as hips, back or balance, and an energy level from restful to strong. You can ask for wrist-friendly options, avoid kneeling or practise entirely on a chair. Poses that work one side are balanced with the other side, and every pose links to its full guide with easier options.

Practise safely
  • Start with a shorter, beginner-level routine if you are new or returning after a break.
  • Swap or skip any pose that does not feel right — the routine adjusts its timing.
  • This is general information, not medical advice. If you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or living with a heart, blood-pressure, respiratory or mental-health condition, check with a qualified clinician before starting something new.
