Why YogiSoul exists
Good yoga instruction is often locked behind memberships, scattered across videos, or written for people who already know the jargon. YogiSoul brings it together in one calm, clear place: step-by-step pose guides, timed practices, breathing techniques, meditations and an introduction to Ayurveda — free for everyone.
What you will find
- Pose guides with steps, alignment cues, common mistakes, modifications and safety notes.
- Guided practices from 5 to 60 minutes, each with a warm-up, main sequence, cool-down and rest.
- Pranayama and meditation guides you can follow with our free timers.
- An Ayurveda library covering the doshas, daily and seasonal routines, and kitchen herbs — plus a dosha quiz.
- Yoga schools and teacher trainings around the world, with course information and ways to get in touch.
How we write
Every guide is written in plain language and checked against our editorial standards. Traditional ideas — such as the doshas, chakras or the subtle effects of a practice — are presented as tradition, not as medical fact. Where modern research exists, we say so carefully and never overstate it.
What YogiSoul is not
YogiSoul is an educational resource, not a medical service. Nothing here is a diagnosis or treatment. If you are pregnant, injured or managing a health condition, please practise with guidance from a qualified teacher and your doctor.
