Step by step
How to do Revolved Triangle
Begin Stand with feet about 1 metre apart, hips facing the front.

Step the left foot back, turning it out slightly; keep feet hip-width.

Square the hips to the front.

Inhale and raise the left arm.

Exhale, hinge forward and place the left hand on a block inside or outside the right foot.

Twist the chest to the right, extending the right arm up.

Keep both legs straight but not locked.

Coming out. Release the top arm, rise and switch sides.

Inhale to lengthen; exhale to twist.
