What the card shows

The Fool steps towards the edge with a light bag and an open face. The card is less about recklessness than about the willingness to begin without every answer, carrying only what is needed.

You do not need the whole route to take the first step. This card opens a conversation about curiosity, preparation and the freedom to begin.

Among the major arcana

The 22 major arcana trace a long arc of experience, from the Fool’s first step to the completion of the World. They are often read as the larger themes in a life: beginnings, choices, endings and renewal.
