About
Yoga Kula's Chapel Allerton home divides practice between two rooms with different moods. The Yin Studio hosts slower sessions such as Yin, restorative yoga and yoga nidra. The Yang Studio offers more active choices, including Vinyasa, Ashtanga and hot yoga. This gives you a practical way to balance movement with rest across the week. If you are starting from scratch, look at the introductory course before choosing a regular class. The studio sits on Harrogate Road in north Leeds.
