Yoga Barn Berlin’s Lichtenberg studio offers a choice between flowing practice and quieter time on the mat. Hatha classes spend longer in postures, while Vinyasa uses more continuous transitions; Yin and meditation sessions make room for a slower visit. A structured beginner course introduces the main postures over several weeks, which may suit a longer stay better than occasional drop-ins. Selected classes also run by livestream. The studio’s booking guidance points newcomers to Eversports, with a separate route for Urban Sports Club members. Arrive early on your first visit so there is time to find the room and settle in.
Booking your place
Book ahead because studio places are limited. The published studio guidance asks new visitors to arrive at least ten minutes early and says late arrivals are not admitted once class starts. Cancel at least three hours before class to avoid losing a credit or being charged under the applicable pass terms.
