About
Yoga Ashram is upstairs in Jumeirah Bay X3, with a class menu that includes Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, pranayama and meditation. Regular group sessions sit alongside private lessons, giving visitors a choice between practising with a class and arranging individual guidance. The school also publishes a 200-hour Hatha teacher-training syllabus covering posture practice, breathing, meditation, anatomy and lesson planning. Ask the team for the next intake before making travel plans, as the training page includes earlier course dates. For an ordinary studio visit, allow time to find the building, park and check in on the fifteenth floor.
Booking your place
Book yoga classes at least four hours ahead and cancel at least four hours before the start to avoid losing a class credit. Check in at reception at least five minutes early. Processed payments are non-refundable under the published terms; training enrolments have separate conditions.
