About
At The Yoga Space, you can learn the foundations in a beginner course or develop an individual sequence in the Ashtanga Mysore programme. Led Ashtanga sessions, Yin and Deep Rest offer different ways to use your time on the mat. The West Perth studio is on Colin Street, and selected sessions also run online. For newcomers who prefer individual guidance, the school offers a private introductory session before joining group classes. Teacher training includes teaching practice as well as study. Visitors should check which passes are available to non-residents.
