Air signs are traditionally linked with ideas, conversation and connection. In reflection, air can stand for how you think, learn and relate to other people. Gemini shares its element with Libra and Aquarius.

Mutable signs close each season as it turns into the next, so astrology associates them with adapting, learning and transition. The other mutable signs are Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces.

Across the zodiac wheel sits Sagittarius. Opposite signs are often read as two sides of one theme, each holding something the other is learning.
