YogaSole’s Windsor Terrace studio is at Windsor Place and 11th Avenue in Brooklyn. Rather than following one lineage, its class guide combines different approaches and labels sessions by their emphasis: Strengthen, Stretch or Relax, with Flow, Fusion and Blend describing the format. Classes are unheated. Private yoga and Pilates sessions can also be arranged at this branch. The schedule has separate links for Windsor Terrace and Sunset Park, so choose the correct studio before reserving. Bring a mat or check the rental arrangements when booking your first visit.
Booking your place
Arrive ten minutes early; late entry is not permitted. For classes booked directly through YogaSole, cancel at least one hour ahead to keep the credit. Third-party bookings follow that platform’s rules, and events may have separate cancellation terms.
