About
Yogadarshanam’s residential teaching takes place at its Yoga Ashrama in Belagola, near Mysuru. Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa sit alongside pranayama, meditation and yoga philosophy in the training programme. The 200-hour course includes anatomy, sequencing, verbal cues and practice teaching, giving students time to work on how they explain a pose as well as how they practise it. Accommodation and vegetarian meals are available at the ashram. This listing refers to the Belagola training campus; the school’s appointment-only regular classes in Gokulam use a different address.
Booking your place
Read the enrolment terms and ask which campus your course uses before arranging travel. Discounted registration payments are non-refundable; future-course credit may be possible subject to availability and an additional charge. Airport or station transfers must be arranged separately.
