About

Yoga Tree moved its Tokyo studio from Hiroo to Daikanyama in 2024. The new room has natural light, rope walls and two changing rooms, with mats, chairs, blankets, bolsters, blocks and belts available to students. Classes may be taught in English, Japanese or both, making the individual class description useful when planning a visit. Workshops provide time to explore particular aspects of practice beyond a regular session. Use the Daikanyama booking page and directions: older references to the Hiroo address no longer describe this studio.

Booking your place

Reserve through the studio’s booking page and read its Reserve, Pay and Cancel guidance before purchasing a pass. Confirm the teaching language, class level and cancellation deadline for your chosen session.
