Yoga Movement’s Novena branch sits in Novena Specialist Centre, close to the MRT station. One practice room keeps the visit straightforward, with mats and yoga props available on site. The branch timetable distinguishes Flow: Pace, Flow: Build, Mobility and heated sessions, so check the class name rather than choosing by time alone. Two changing stalls are provided, but there are no showers; plan accordingly if you are heading elsewhere after practice. Book specifically for Novena through the official schedule or app.
