About

Yoga Mala’s Boat Quay studio overlooks the Singapore River and is reached by stairs to the second floor. The class guide separates foundational and gentle sessions from faster Vinyasa, led Ashtanga and heated practice, so there is more to choosing a class than its start time. Meditation sessions and individual lessons sit alongside group yoga. Mats, blocks and straps are provided, and the studio describes showers and lockers for students. Teacher training takes a separate route, with anatomy, modifications and teaching practice in the curriculum. Use the studio’s linked directions for the entrance and ask about the most suitable session for your first visit.

Booking your place

Reserve through the official timetable and ask which session suits your experience. Confirm how early you need to cancel a class to keep your credit. For teacher training, contact Yoga Mala for the next intake and request the enrolment and refund terms before paying.
