About
Wild Rose Yoga occupies an old teak market house tucked behind Chiang Mai Gate Market and Fon Soy temple. Local Thai teachers lead classes in English, with gentle Hatha, flowing practice and Yin among the choices. The class descriptions explain the experience level each session suits, which helps when you are joining an unfamiliar studio while travelling. Mats are provided; bring a towel if you would like to shower afterwards.

Reserve a Wild Rose class through WhatsApp before coming, sharing your experience and any physical limitations with the team. Check the live timetable and allow time to find the alleyway entrance. Before buying a pass, read its validity, refund and transfer terms.
