About
Under The Light has taught in Yoyogi since 2006, near both Yoyogi and Shinjuku stations. Its class guide separates experience level from physical intensity, so a gentle session and a demanding practice are easier to distinguish before booking. The English visitor page identifies an English-taught Hatha Flow option, but students should check the current timetable for changes. Registration and reservations use a Japanese-language booking system; the guide suggests translation tools for visitors who need them. The studio is on the fourth floor of the Shogakukaikan annex, rather than at street level.
