On Derry Street in Vredehoek, The Yoga Room makes room for both first classes and an established practice. Beginners work at a steady pace with fundamental postures and breathing, while the Vinyasa options link movement into a flowing class. Yin and restorative sessions offer a quieter alternative. The class guide also includes slower practice for older students and a mother-and-baby format, so read the descriptions before choosing a place on the timetable. New visitors are asked to arrive twenty minutes early to register. Bring your own mat or ask about hiring one from the studio.
