About

The Mysore Program shares the ground-floor Salle Tere at Innocere Yoga in Montreal’s Plateau. In Mysore sessions, students work at their own pace while teachers offer individual guidance; beginners can ask for help learning the sequence. Guided half- and full-primary classes offer another way to practise, and the schedule also includes Sanskrit chanting. For established students and teachers, a 100-hour study programme brings together asana, philosophy, pranayama, meditation and anatomy. It is further study rather than a complete initial teaching qualification. Check with the organisers about future enrolment before planning a visit around the training.

Booking your place

Book through the schedule and follow the arrival instructions sent with your registration. Check the calendar for moon-day closures and other exceptions. Leave your phone outside the practice room on silent, and tell the teacher about injuries or adjustments you would prefer to avoid. Ask about cancellation terms before purchasing a pass.
