Siendo’s yoga shala in Estrela has a small-group approach, with private and semi-private sessions available alongside its class programme. Yin and led Ashtanga are distinct from the open shala sessions: open shala is shared personal practice, without a teacher formally leading the room. That makes it a better fit for students who already know their sequence. If you are new to Ashtanga, ask for a guided class or individual lesson instead.
