About
Samyak Yoga offers residential study on the outskirts of Mysuru, close to the Cauvery River. Its Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa training tracks let you concentrate on one approach rather than move between unrelated class styles. The setting brings accommodation and study together, with private and twin-sharing rooms described on the school’s website. Beyond posture practice, the programmes include yoga philosophy and preparation for teaching. This is a place to plan a period of focused study, rather than assume you can drop in for a tourist class. Ask the admissions team which programme fits your experience and how to arrange your arrival.
Booking your place
Read the cancellation policy before registering: refunds depend on how far ahead you cancel, and the school normally does not refund cancellations within 60 days of training. Transfers have their own deadlines and conditions. Confirm your room and course acceptance before booking travel.
