About
Okto is on the first floor of a building on Zoodochou Pigis in Exarchia, within walking distance of Panepistimio and Omonia stations. Mysore sessions sit alongside guided Ashtanga classes that introduce a different topic for discussion each week. Beginners start by contacting the school and talking through their experience before choosing a class; an introductory Fundamentals session explains breath and movement. The programme also makes room for philosophy, meditation and pranayama. Around moon days the usual Ashtanga schedule changes, with Yin and meditation among the alternatives to check on the calendar.
Booking your place
Contact Okto by email or phone before attending, including for a first lesson. Follow the arrival window agreed with the teacher; the timetable distinguishes new students from established practitioners. Check moon-day arrangements and confirm the cancellation terms before paying for a course or class package.
