About
Mission brings yoga and other movement disciplines into one building on Fashion Street. Its yoga guide includes Iyengar, Vinyasa, Yin, restorative practice and Ashtanga guided self-practice, while strength and calisthenics use their own class formats. Foundation sessions are the suggested starting point for yoga newcomers. A lift serves all floors, including the café, and the published accessibility guidance describes wheelchair-accessible bathrooms but no wheelchair-accessible shower.
