LOFT28 is on a pedestrian street opposite Masia Can Bellet, a short walk from Volpelleres station in Sant Cugat. The class names make the pace easy to compare: Essential introduces posture and breathing basics, Flow follows a more dynamic sequence, and Calm combines gentler movement with longer holds. Yin, Power and Fit Yoga add further options, while Barre offers a separate movement class. Booking runs through BSPORT, so you can choose a session and arrange a single class or pass before travelling from Barcelona. Check the class description rather than assuming every yoga session has the same intensity.
Booking your place
Reservations, subscriptions and payments are handled online. Create an account through the timetable; bookings open seven days ahead and the system allows up to three reservations at once.
