About
Jivamukti Yoga Lisbon brings movement and spiritual study into the same practice. Classes combine a dynamic Hatha Vinyasa approach with philosophy, mantra chanting and meditation, so the session reaches beyond posture alone. The school also offers workshops and a 75-hour teacher-training programme. Its studio is on Calçada da Boa Hora, away from Lisbon’s central shopping streets. If you are visiting for the first time, contact the team to choose a suitable class and confirm the language of instruction; they can help with enquiries in English and Portuguese.
Booking your place
Reserve through the Open client app and pay at the studio on arrival. Cancel at least two hours before class if you cannot attend; a late cancellation can forfeit the class payment. Training has separate enrolment arrangements.
