Ashtanga Yoga Paris is on Avenue de la République, close to the Oberkampf and Parmentier neighbourhoods. Mysore practice and guided Ashtanga sit alongside Vinyasa and restorative classes, giving visitors a choice of pace and format. The studio also offers teacher training and workshops.
