About

Prem and Radha teach from a home shala in the greenery of Pejeng, outside central Ubud. The focus is Mysore-style Ashtanga: students practise at their own pace in the same room while receiving individual guidance. Practice intensives make space for a steady routine, with discussions that also explore pranayama, meditation and traditional Ayurvedic ideas. This is a place to settle into ongoing study rather than turn up for an unplanned drop-in. The shala’s location is given as Pejeng village; ask for precise arrival directions once your place has been confirmed.

Booking your place

Apply before travelling. Your place is held after approval and payment of a deposit. The contact page recommends at least three weeks and requires that minimum for students new to the method; ask which arrangement applies to you. Request written payment, cancellation and refund terms before sending money.
